"We saw multiple mice during our three-day stay. When we contacted the host, he said this happens and he already knew about it, and there was poison in the kitchen. He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw. "Fantastic property. Everything as advertised. Easy to work with and great communication incoming and outgoing. We had 11 total so there was plenty of space. 5 of the 11 were 12 year old boys so the downstairs area and game room in garage were perfect! We will definitely be booking again!"
