"The room was clean but could better. The outlets need to be fixed because they have become lose. The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. Especially ken ( captain of the boat) he was so warm and professional. Made sure too that guests are safe. Resort Manager Julius took time to get feedback and was very receptive. "Noisy outside window late at night and they couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything (music blaring from tricycle line) , holes in sheets, shower dirty and barely worked. You only get one key and it’s needed for ac, so if you leave for the day your room will be hot and take hours to cool down. It’s the Philippines, and kabankalan, but how is there multiple holes in my sheets…. Just didn’t enjoy it. Maybe I expected too much. After complaining manager never followed up."
