"I had a really nice stay at ITC Ratnadipa. Luxurious hotel with very nice Atmosphere. Large and nice rooms. Excellent food. Especially the breakfast should be highlighed. In particular the waiters Nilantha Ianakc and Methmi did a great job. Also the doorman Prasad did an excellent job. "

"Fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, most amazing pool I have ever tried. On to of that a great complimentary 3h Colombo tour where you see the top sights and get information by a knowledgeable guide.Great help with the breakfast (allergy )Highly recommendable ! "

"Very nice hotel, fantastic massage only remember to pay cash to get the 20% discount. Fantastic food at the restaurant though it is maybe at a higher price? The pick up at the airport worked as well even though that it took us a chaos to get through imitation for 90 min. "

"Oplevelsen på Jetwing Blue var ikke god, da hverken hygiejne, mad eller service var i top. Værelset samt hotellet var ikke særlig hyggeligt. Billederne fra hotellet er meget misvisende. Værelset lugtede af fugt og mug og udsugningen virkede ikke på badeværelset, så hele værelset blev fugtigt efter et bad. Mange af medarbejderne var heller ikke særlig venlige eller imødekommende dog var der god service i receptionen. "

"First room was smelling badly of mould. The same did the second room. Then the were nice to upgrade us to the of side of the hotel, with sea view. Bedding was worn out with a lot of holes in it, the same for the towels.. The technicians needed 13 min to fix the spa on the balcony. No pool towels available at the pool. They came after an other. 6.40 in the morning drummers started to play at the pool for an event. Will never go back "

"Nice stay. Very affordable, great pool and location on the beach. Breakfast was great and the views from our room was splendid as well. I give it 4 stars because the staff was really bad at washing our clothes so do that somewhere else. Otherwise great place!"
