"The infinity pool is wonderful. Beautifully designed with the area made to look like you're wading on the edge of the beach, plus the view to the ocean is lovely. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are very nice. My only complaint is that housekeeping is TERRIBLE. We had our room cleaned ONCE in six days, after requesting service and being out of the room for six hours at a time each day. Also had to ask for more toilet paper, kleenex, and towels, which is really substandard for a hotel of otherwise...

"Spectacular stay! Loeki is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. This is more of a B&B experience. Grounds are impeccable and room was clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the double room on the main floor. Room was on the small side, even for a couple, so next time I would stay on the second floor. There’s a bit more privacy on the second floor as well. They had different theme nights and the staff was friendly especially the bartenders. the water was rougher on the this side of the island compared to simpson bay. overall not a bad place to stay for the money. "The hotel and service was 5 stars but the fact that you have paid a lot to stay at the hotel and then you still have to pay to use a chair at the pool or beach is simply unacceptable and for this reason I would never go back to this hotel. I feel cheated and very disappointed. "
