"Would NOT recommend. My husband and i stayed at the Morgan for our honeymoon for 5 days. I have to be honest, we were so disappointed. Our very first interaction with front desk staff member was poor. I’m assuming she had a frustrating day but she certainly took it out on us. Didn’t greet us, told us nothing about the property, she just slid us the room key barely said anything and that was it. And the very little she said was snarky and just rude. Second interaction, a bartender was incredibly...

"Nice rooms and resort. But a lot is closed on sundays including the fitnesscenter."

"The hotel and service was 5 stars but the fact that you have paid a lot to stay at the hotel and then you still have to pay to use a chair at the pool or beach is simply unacceptable and for this reason I would never go back to this hotel. I feel cheated and very disappointed. "

"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"We had a very nice stay at Juanedu! Loved that it was close to everything and that the rooms were almost soundproof. I would definitely stay here again. Make sure to rent a car to be able to explore the island and get to the nice and almost private beaches just before rodgers beach (you need to cross a concrete bridge to get there. "
