"The Huckleberry Cabin was very cozy and nicely decorated. It was rustic and true to its original build in the 1800’s with modern upgrades. Walking through the front door was like stepping back in time. Great place to stay to get off the grid and reconnect with nature or unplug from the computer, but also close enough to town if you need supplies. "

"Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games. There are bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is nice when you have a group. There was plenty of seating on the porches and the views from every side were just stunning. We could see...

"From entering the cabin, to the time we left, we were met with a warm cozy spirit. The place was clean and smelt pleasant, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area was enough space to have a small fire and roast marshmallows. A great place if you are ever around marion! "

The decor, the cleanliness, the shared room spaces and the bedrooms. All perfection! The wrap around porch is amazing and the view is lovely morning and night. "My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. It's close to downtown Tazewell, but far enough out of town that you feel like you're out in the mountains far from civilization. It's a quaint, new-ish wooden cabin with everything we needed for a couple days away. There's no TV, but honestly we didn't miss it, and it was nice to not mindlessly flip on the screen during downtime. I'd go back again for sure when traveling that way."
