"It was a nice stay at this villa. A lot of space, clean rooms and a great pool. It takes us about 30 min. to Valencia via car. Great communication and friendly house manager and house owner. We enjoyed our holiday."

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia...

"Dan was an excellent host, offering great advice about local things to do. Xativa and it’s castle, centre and nature reserve kept us busy locally but Valencia is also a great city to visit"

"Lovely villa with absolutely stunning views. If you are looking for scenery and alot less people then this is the place for you. Definately need a car. Valencia beach, which is also amazing is about 1 hour again but there is a lovely lake nearby to also swim in. If you like hustle amd bustle not the place for you but if chilaxing is your thing, stock up at the supermarket and enjoy the place."

"Belle maison meublée avec goût. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont très bien. Séjour très bien passé, cependant il manque un micro onde et quelques casseroles. La piscine n'est pas assez bien nettoyée, l'eau et trouble, il faudrait passer l'aspirateur au fond de la piscine pour récupérer tous les insectes. C'est dommage que l'arbre devant la piscine lui fasse de l'ombre à partir de 15h, a 17h elle est totalement à l'ombre!! A part ceci tous est très bien."

Robert and Deborah were perfect hosts, very friendly and available whenever we needed anything but also left us to it when we didn't. Villa rosa is equipped with everything we needed and we loved the large pool and games room. If you are looking for a get away from it all break then this villa will be perfect for you. We will definitely be back in the future."
