The neighborhood is great, with restaurants, groceries, all the amenities, and an easy walk to Chapultepec Park, which is a fabulous resource, especially with younger children. There was one small problem with a bathroom that was addressed in an efficient and timely fashion. "

"Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. I sent several messages to cancel these...
