Cecile who workes in the dining room was especially polite, and kind. Ill never forget when i wasnt feeling well and she helped me carry my food to my room.Cecile was always making sure i was satisfied.Cecile who works at the New Kingston Branch ."

"Great hotel with a wonderful pool. We could see the ocean and Port Royal from the balcony. Great location for visiting the Bob Marley museum and Devon House. We also drove to Port Royal, about 35 minutes away. There was an issue with our first room, that was handled very professionally and to our full satisfaction by the front desk. Good pool bar and restaurant. "
