Dog-Friendly Details The Southern Pearl welcomes up to 2 approved dogs, up to 65 pounds each. A grassy dog-walking area is located right outside the front door, and pet waste bags are provided in the community area.
Guests are responsible for following all pet rules: Dogs must be leashed in common areas Guests must clean up pet waste immediately Pets may not be tethered outside Pets may not be left unattended in common areas Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances are not permitted
Location The Southern Pearl is located in Madison, near the Nashville border, with convenient access to both city attractions and everyday essentials. Approximate drive times may vary with traffic: Grand Ole Opry: about 10–15 minutes Opry Mills: about 10–15 minutes Gaylord Opryland Resort: about 10–15 minutes East Nashville: about 10–15 minutes Downtown Nashville / Broadway: about 15–20 minutes Nissan Stadium: about 15–20 minutes Nashville International Airport: about 20 minutes A vehicle is recommended for the most flexibility, though rideshare services are generally available.
Important Notes The Southern Pearl is located in an HOA community. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors, parking areas, common spaces, and quiet hours. Please note: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Guests must park only in the two assigned parking spaces labeled #26 Parking in shared driveways is not permitted Boats, trailers, campers, RVs, motor homes, ATVs, and similar vehicles may not be stored on the property Trash must be bagged and placed fully inside the community dumpsters Personal items may not be stored in common areas There is no fireplace There is no grill There is no pool or hot tub There is no EV charger, and guests may not run extension cords from the home or common areas to charge vehicles
This is a multi-level townhome with stairs Bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs The rooftop patio also requires stairs There is no elevator Two exterior cameras/security devices face outward at the front and back of the property There are no cameras inside the home Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the non-refundable 4% Processing Fee, in accordance with the cancellation policy. Guests understand that credit card transaction fees are not returned to the company by the processor and therefore cannot be refunded. The total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.
