Layout - Bustling Broadway Unit:
First (Lower) Level - two queen beds and a beautiful covered terrace. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Second (Main) Level - living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and outdoor balcony.
Third (Upper) Level - primary bedroom with king bed and en suite walk-in shower bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a full over full bunk bed, and a bedroom with another king bed. There is also a Jack and Jill bedroom between two of the bedrooms, a half bathroom, and a laundry room on this level.
Layout - Nashville Ladies Lounge Unit:
First (Lower) Level - common area with two queen beds, walk out covered patio, and en suite bathroom, with one sink and a walk-in shower. There is also a powder room in the staircase leading up to the main level.
Second (Main) Level - foyer entrance, kitchen, living room, balcony with dining table.
Third (Upper) Level - laundry room, powder room, a king bedroom, a bedroom with full over full bunk bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom is also on this level with a king bed, and en suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and two sinks.
Parking:
There are designated parking spaces in front of each unit. Please do nt block neighboring driveways. Garage access is NOT available.

These homes are 3 minutes from Downtown, 4 minutes from Top Golf, 6 minutes from Nissan Stadium, and 7 minutes from the amazing restaurants of Germantown! Located near so many vibrant East Nashville communities, businesses, and restaurants, you'll have the heart of its charm right at your fingertips! Nashville is truly at your fingertips in this gorgeous rental!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening.
