This was an excellent location for walking to the different areas of Nashville. The staff was super kind and helpful and did everything possible to make us comfortable. I'd highly recommend this spot.

Facilities were nice, we loved the ice bags, water spout close to our room. The main issue was noise from other guests and from outside. The sound machine was helpful but we needed to sleep with earplugs to try to get any sleep.

Great place near Broadway. We were able to walk down everyday and back. Only hang up was they gave us a handicap accessible room and the shower flooded the bathroom and we had to use our towels to clean it up. Ice maker on our floor didnt work either. John at the front desk is a rock star.

It is very loud at night however definitely walkable everywhere so great location. There are not great food and drink options on site.

I had read so much about the extras offered that guests had written about in their reviews.They were non existent to us during our stay. The coffee machine on the 3rd floor did not have any ice during our entire stay. When asked was there another location to obtain ice , I was told housekeeping would have to bring to me. I did do this several times . Each time I felt compelled to tip the person delivering so so much for free ice . Our coffee station on 3rd floor had no regular coffee pods . When I contacted guest services to ask where I could find those I was told they were having a problem with the coffee pods and couldn’t know when they would be received but I could go the lower lower level and obtain coffee . When arrived there they tried to charge me $5.plus for the coffee so had to explain again that we were staying in hotel and we had no coffee. The coffee shop itself was under construction for the 3 out of 4 days that I stayed. So the amnesties this hotel boasts about are hard to find or non existent. Room and location to Broadway was fantastic. Exceptional waitress on Sunday evening in the lower restaurant who provided us excellent places to go and entertainment suggestions. Have a question on bill which I have written an email 3 times still not addressed . Just seems like the “ service” should be better .

For the money this property is not worth it ...the location is fabulous but there is a courtyard Marriott right next to it. They don't have coffee in the rooms but on each floor have really nice coffee machines but they didn't work during my stay then when I called the front desk they told me to go to another floor (in my pajamas) which for the price of this hotel I shouldn't have to go to another floor, then the coffee machines didn't work there either.

Very manager I dealt with was horrible and unhelpful. We waited 20-30 mins every time we need our vehicle from valet - even though the text stated 5-8 mins. When we inquired we were told they had to go around the block. Total excuse. Waited a hour for fries and when we inquired they said the kitchen was closed. Still trying to figure out why they sold them to us then. The room was no better. Lots of stuff broken. Simple things that they just don’t fix.

Hotel Noelle was a pleasant surprise! We had a beautiful room that was clean and very modern. Was very eco friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable!! We were close enough to Broadway to get there in a few minutes walk but far enough away from the chaos of weekend travelers. I would definitely stay here again when I get to Nashville - which will hopefully be sooner than later!

Two out of three mornings the coffee machine on my floor (six) was dysfunctional, and the third only one of the two units would make anything- ristretto. In three days, the housekeeping never brought a second roll of TP. The hotel charged a ridiculous $25 "destination fee" not mentioned when I reserved. Valet parking was more than any large city I have stayed in- $55 per night, and on departure it took almost 25 minutes to get my car. The front desk staff and drugstore staff and bar staff were all capable and a pleasure to work with, but the bar had a very limited selection of rums. I very much liked the soda machine at the coffee station and the availability of a good sized freezer below the ice bin.

Cute trendy boutique hotel, close to all the action! Service just ok. During check in, gal just handed over the keys, no additional conversation. Tried to check in early as our flight landed at 6am. Gal was very helpful and told us to come back at 11 and would waive the early check in. At 11 they told us there would be a $100 fee. Finally at 2 we were able to check in. Didn’t have much interaction with the gal in the afternoon, she just handed over the keys and I was too exhausted to ask about amenities and vip access. Then at checkout the gentleman said there was a resort fee charge. I told him about the vip access and that he needed manager approval. I’m all about customer service and there just wasn’t any. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and so close to everything.

The property was perfect located within walking distant to downtown. The hotel is beautiful. We used the roof top bar,, had dinner in the basement and enjoyed the main floor bar. Would night recommend and would certainly go back.
