A 3-story townhouse that is PURE Nashville! Just minutes from the downtown action without the downtown prices. Guests can capture a post worthy photo in front of the professionally painted mural by Rachyl Degman (from the reality show Music City) or explore East Nashville’s vibrant hotspots. The space
Guests have exclusive use of the entire townhouse. Downstairs hosts the mural as well as the living area, dining area and kitchen. The sofa folds out into a queen bed. Keeping it old school, there is a guitar, record player, and board games for your enjoyment. The middle floor is the “Poster Room”- 3 beds (1 king, 1 full and 1 single) and a huge full bath (with tub) and two sinks. The top floor bedroom is called the “Record Room”, with a private king bed and full bath. Also on the top floor is an office and bar space with mini fridge and ice maker, as well as an outdoor balcony. (There is an air mattress available that will fit in this space upon request). All levels have TVs with application access. Finally, we offer fast AT&T fiber Wifi for your enjoyment.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire townhouse exclusively. There is parking directing in front of the home as well as access to the back grassy area for enjoyment when the weather is nice!
Other things to note
Please note this townhouse is 3 stories and requires walking up stairs to access the second and third floors.
Extra cleaning charge for excessive trash and/or confetti.
