Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $200 fee per pet due upon booking.

My house has a small apartment attached on left side. We use it as an office, it`s quiet, and its parking and back yard are completely separate from your place.

Glencliff is a cool neighborhood with diverse dining options, parks, pool, soccer field, dog park, and interesting things to do. 4 miles to downtown. Easy access to Briley Pkwy, 440, and 24.

Dedicated parking in private driveway. Bus line available a few blocks away on Nolensville takes you straight to downtown, 4 miles away.

Occupancy is limited to guests listed in the reservation. Extra people, parties, or loud music will result in immediate cancellation of booking. We have exterior security cameras at the front and sides of the house.

If you bring pets a fee of $200 per pet is due upon booking and requires prior approval.
If you plan to bring your pet, please send me type of animal, breed, age, and number of pets, and let me know if your pet is house trained. A fee of $100 per pet will be due upon booking. Prior approval of pets is required.

Be courteous with the utilities and mindful of the neighbors. Please turn off water, lights and tvs when not in use, and turn down thermostat while you are away. Kindly refrain from loud noise or music in the backyard after 10p.

Clean up after yourselves and wipe up spills. Do not leave dirty dishes and open food which will attract pests. We can provide weekly or monthly housecleaning during your stay. If your stay is longer than 1 month, monthly housecleaning visits at $150 are mandatory to prevent pests and permanent stains or odors. This can be paid directly to the cleaner.

There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to remove garbage from the green recycling bins.

Parking is available on the driveway. There`s space for 3 cars.

Parties or events held on the premises will result in immediate cancellation of booking.

If you break something, please let me know so we can fix it. You will be charged for damage to furniture, furnishings, drywall, and any other issue that costs time & money to repair.

There is a $200 biohazard fee for clean up of any bodily fluids.

Do not use our white towels & washcloths to remove makeup.

You will be charged for missing towels, sheets, blankets, furniture, and household items.

If a booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period and a refund is issued, it will be net of original payment minus 6% for payment processing fees.
