The Space:

This three-story East Nashville townhome is built for groups who want room to spread out without sacrificing style.



The main level is an open-concept kitchen and living room with a fully equipped kitchen (island seating for 4, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, and toaster), two sofas - one a sleeper for 2 additional guests - leather armchairs, smart TVs, a window-side desk nook for remote work, a half bath, and a private balcony.



On the third floor you'll find two bedrooms: a queen room with its own smart TV and private bath (shower/tub combo), and the primary suite with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite double vanity bath with a custom-tile standing shower. The in-unit washer and dryer are also on this floor.



On the ground floor, a bunk room with a twin-over-full bed (sleeps 3) sits just steps from its own full bath with a pedestal sink and tiled standing shower - ideal for kids or anyone who'd rather skip the stairs to bed.



Heating and air conditioning run on separate smart-thermostat-controlled zones for upstairs and downstairs, so everyone stays comfortable.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire unit to yourselves - a private, fully self-contained townhome with no shared interior spaces. Self check-in is available via smart lock, so you can head straight in on arrival. Parking includes one covered carport spot, plus access to two additional first-come, first-served spots on the property, with free street parking nearby as a backup.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the heart of East Nashville, one of the city's most walkable and music-loving neighborhoods. Grab a record at Grimey's, get a pour-over at Elegy Coffee, or settle in for a pint at Living Water Brewery & Coffee Shop - all within walking distance. It's the kind of neighborhood where locals outnumber tourists, with easy access to downtown when you want the Broadway energy.



Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft, and Waymo are all easy to come by in this part of East Nashville. Broadway and downtown Nashville are about 13 minutes away by car, and Nashville International Airport (BNA) is roughly 10 minutes out - handy for early flights or late arrivals. If you're driving yourselves, one covered parking space is included on-site, with overflow and street parking nearby.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by approval and may require a fee - we can't guarantee or approve these in advance.

This is a three-story home; stairs are required to access all levels (no elevator).
