Cozy, Country Apartment

My home is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a large living room. It is situated on 3 acres with a country feel. Have your coffee and watch the wildlife. It is an upstairs apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware and cookware. There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, Cable and Internet. Located 5 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to downtown. 30 day minimum.

Apartment only
Pets are allowed with pre-approval and an additional $300 fee per pet will be charged. No Parties, Smoking outside only, No parking in the grass without permission and please don't litter.
Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture and NO pee pads are allowed in the house. Pets must go outside to the restroom and guest must clean up after your pet. Any feces outside that has not be cleaned up, if pee pads were used in the house, or any evidence that a pet was on the furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $100 which will be deducted from the deposit.
If any smoking is done in the house there will be a $50 fine deducted from your deposit.
