The Space:

Our boho condo is a modest 420 sq ft and recently renovated from a studio to a cozy one bedroom. Perfect for a Nashville getaway for 2 however if up for the tighter squeeze, can accommodate 4.



There is a queen bed in the bedroom and if you're looking for extra sleeping room, a sofa bed is in the living room. With a TV both in the living room and bedroom, this space is hard to beat! If you are a bit cold take advantage of the steamy fireplace or if it is a warmer month relax in the pool! Utilize the well equipped kitchen and dining area! Working from home or need to catch up? Use our high speed WiFi and dedicated workspace! The unit has everything you need for a short trip or a long vacation!



Just being outside of downtown enables you to enjoy Nashville from a locals view! Enjoy the walkable neighborhood or catch a ride to downtown if you want to amp up your stay!! The location and unit are ideal for the traveler who wants to experience everything Music City has to offer while having a cozy and welcoming place to come back to after a long day (and night) exploring!



Our studio books relatively far in advance so are sure to book your stay now!



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire unit & the pool during open season (roughly Memorial Day thru September).



There is a parking lot on-site with enough spots for 1 car per studio. Additional parking can be found up the street from the complex.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo itself is entirely renovated however is within a retro, restored apartment building that occasionally bears its age.

• Regarding the unit: While the max occupancy is 4 people, remember the space is SMALL, 2 fit comfortably. Laundry is in unit for guest use. Towels & linen are provided (including bedding for the sofa bed). Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. The well-equipped kitchen features a stainless steel oven, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A keurig and basic kitchenware is also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

• As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you'll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of the booming construction that is happening. This area has a new building being constructed nearby. While you may occasionally be able to hear some noise from the site, the loudest part of the construction has been completed and shouldn't be a major issue going forward. However, we know that some folks are lighter sleepers and may be more easily bothered by certain sounds. In order to ensure you are as comfortable as possible, this unit has a sound machine to use if desired!

• No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.

•Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 11 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

• We are located on the 1st floor of the building surrounding the pool.
