"I had a very difficult time getting a hold of the staff over the phone to modify my reservation due to flight delays. When I asked for an extra pillow in my room, I had to call the front desk twice only to never receive it. Throughout the entire night, I had a very hard time sleeping due to a low battery fire alarm sound going off periodically. And lastly, the showers did not function properly. "The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date. "
