"It looks like the owner stopped carrying about the rental's quality a long time ago. The house is for sale and that explains the non draining bathroom sink, broken toilet paper holder, mold at the bottom of a shower curtain, TV with no signal, dirty/greasy inside of the oven, leftover bottles with alcohol inside of the kitchen cabinet or sooo dusty bbq cover that makes you wonder about the bbq... . "The apartment was perfect. Plenty of space, well appointed and very comfortable. The location is great for walking, shopping and dining. My only complaint would be with the 1valet app that is needed to access the apartment and building, including parking. For a short visit, it was a bit of a hassle. It would work one time and not the next. There was a key card in the apartment and we found that easier to use."
