"Beliggenheden er praktisk for banegården og den gamle bydel i Napoli - og restauranten er bestemt anbefalelsesværdig. En anden gang ville vi bo tættere på vandet."

"Lækkert og moderne hotel. Lækkert værelse med jacuzzi. Venligt personale og roomservice var fantastisk. Vi måtte flere gange bede om opfyldning af ting til værelset fordi rengøringen ikke var opmærksomme. Derudover blev vi vækket flere nætter efter midnat fordi der var nogle der bankede på døren hos os og andre meget intenst. Derudover var der råb fra gangen om at nogle skulle skynde sig om natten. Vores indtryk var at der var lukket folk ind udefra gaden. Haven var også lækker som kaffe/drink sted."

"Very nice hotel with pool direct to the sea. It had everything we needed and the service was excellent. The surroundings are very nice. About 15 minutes walk to city centre of Sorrento with many restaurants and shops. Breakfast good - restaurant at dinner maybe not that good food but very nice staff. The rooms with view towards the park were nice. We can recommend this hotel."

"It’s a great place to stay at e.g. having a bed. The people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us getting a bit earlier into our rooms, recommending an upgrade. Turned out to be not very costly and worth every penny. Don’t choose this place for the restaurant or bar. This was unfortunately below the standards of the amount of stars that this hotel has. So I can recommend it for the central location. Can be bit noisy at times, but it’s not too bad. We had a room facing the square and metro station. Sleep here. Eat and drink elsewhere. A bit of context to the bar and restaurant. Bar wasn’t opened or rather there were no staff present. Not very good drinks. Ordered a Negroni, being in Italy you should think that they could make you a proper one, which to my opinion was not the case. A bit pricey on the quality. The restaurant, where to start; service was not really that great. Not everything on the menu was available for either the food or the wine list. Breakfast was ok if you get there early. We got there 8:20 AM and there were almost nothing there. The scramble eggs, supposedly would be there in three minutes. Which was the standard answer, even when asking second time after my initial question 5 minutes before. Dinner was not a great experience. Nothing on the menu looks like anything that they are advertising on the screen in the lounge area. Neither the plating or presentation of the food is associating it with fine dining as they claim it is."

"We had a great stay. The hotel is right next to the main station, the rooms are spacious and clean with great beds and above all the staff are super kind and helpful with any request. The only small downside is the noice from the square, but it’s nothing that a good pair of earplugs can’t fix. "

"Amazing hotel with the most Beautiful view overlooking Sorrento, the sea and Vesuv. The staff is very kind and easy to communicate with. I Can highly recommend this Hotel."

"The hotel is quite run down, and furniture is old and uncomfortable. We also had ants in the room, but they were removed when pointed out to staff. The room was very spacious and had a nice outdoor area. Breakfast was decent if you are good with basics plus a little extra. The area has a beautiful view and it’s possible to walk to the city, but impossible to walk back up all the stairs in the heat which means you depend on taxis that were 30/40 EUR each time. Overall, not a 4 star hotel in any way, and pictures don’t capture current stage. We were a few friends and had many trips booked limiting the stay inside the hotel and for that purpose it was somewhat okay. Staff in reception and cleaning were nice and helpful. "

"Virkelig et dejligt hotel. Personalet er venligt. Værelserne er store og i pæn seng og virkelig god madras, pude og dyne. Tagterrassen er skøn at afslutte aften på. Beliggenheden er god hvis du skal bruge offentlig transport ellers kan de virke lidt skummelt, men der er mange gode spisesteder i området. Morgenmaden er lækker og der er en del at vælge i mellem. Eneste minus er at jeg godt kunne bruge et køleskab. "
