God service i receptionen. Lokationen var utryg, og jeg turde ikke sende min kæreste ned i supermarkedet alene på grund af de mange ubehagelige typer i området omkring hotellet og togstationen. Derudover var der affald overalt på gaden og tiggere på alle gadehjørner.

Property was clean, but missing things such as light covers, flies around the front door, beds were hard. The property itself was clean however outside and surrounding area is filled with homeless, needles on the ground and continuous sirens. Limited dinning unless you walk a bit. The property has potential if the city cleans up the area surrounding it

ホテルの場所はナポリ中央駅から徒歩3分程度、スーパーも目の前にあり非常に便利です。 ホテルも清潔でスタッフの方の対応も良く素晴らしいです。スタッフの方々が出入りを監視されていて安心できました。 ホテル周辺の治安面が不安ですが注意していれば問題ないです。

Abbiamo soggiornato durante il ponte del 25 Aprile presso l hotel Eden. La posizione è comoda perché a due passi dalla stazione ma le condizioni dell Hotel lasciano molto a desiderare. Il personale all’ accoglienza, (ad eccezione di un solo receptionist cordiali) molto scortese. Apparte le condizioni generali dell’ intero Hotel veramente molto datato, la nostra camera non aveva neanche una tenda alla finestra che affacciava di fronte alla finestra dell appartamento davanti,senza possibilità di nessuna privacy. Si doveva chiudere per forza la persiana, che comunque non si sigillava, esattamente come la finestra che non si riusciva a chiudere a sigillo. Il televisore in camera non funzionante, come il phon anche quello rotto. Luce su tutta la stanza bassissima, letto scomodissimo, era un matrimoniale fatto con due letti da una piazza accostati e si veniva a creare durante la notte un discostamento. Cuscini pessimi. Non so come possa avere tre stelle un hotel del genere. Non mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo considerando anche il prezzo non proprio bassissimo per ciò che abbiamo ricevuto.

Struttura vicino alla stazione centrale,rumorosa di giorno ma tranquilla la notte, camera pulita e personale cortese. Unica pecca l'odore sgradevole nel bagno che comunque era pulito. Nonostante questo ci tornerò sicuramente.

Das Hotel liegt gleich am Bahnhof, keine schöne Gegend. Es ist aber in Ordnung. Im Bahnhof schräg gegenüber gibt es eine Food Hall mit verschiedenen Restaurants.

Whilst the staff were polite, I did not get any hotel info when I signed in (like the wifi password) and there was nothing in the room about local amenities. I reported a lot of water on my bedroom floor after the first night...not caused by me....which they cleared up but it reappeared the following day, so obviously an ongoing issue! The TV did not display any channels. No drink facilities, not even water, in the room, nor a glass to drink from. There was also no external cover on the duvet which looked stained and slightly unpleasant. I know it is a budget hotel but I felt should have been a bit better.

Better to sleep under the bridge! I checked in late at night and upon entering the room I smelled mold. I opened the window, but the smell did not go away. Since it was December, I caught a little cold overnight and in the morning, even with a runny nose, I still felt a persistent smell. Mold is extremely dangerous for the lungs and I went downstairs to ask to change my room. Leaving the room, I noticed that in the two neighboring rooms the doors were open and an employee was doing something in the ceiling in the corridor. I came closer and there was a terrible smell coming from the ventilation. At the reception, a man named Carmine said that there were no rooms available for replacement and refused to refund the money for the next 2 nights, also saying that he knew nothing about the problem despite old signs of mold near my vent and bathroom baseboard. I had to call Expedia support and tell them about the situation. Expedia offered me another hotel. Giving the key from room 318, I told Carmine that mold has a very negative impact on health and can lead to lung cancer, but what he told me verbatim: “For the money you paid, you want a suite.” I was disappointed by the behavior of the administrator, who does not understand the essence of what is happening and hid the problem with mold before check-in.

Great location, one block from train station. Looks like dodgy area but we didn’t feel unsafe. Large rooms. Property in poor condition though. Roof imploded one night at 4am and our 4th floor room was quickly flooded. Told services had been called. Had to self evacuate and demand another room. Pillows in rooms are hideous. Beds foam. If not for the disaster it would have been low end tolerable.

Hotel Vicino alla stazione , nonostante qualche diceria la zona a ne alla mia famiglia è sembrata sicura , è molto peggio zona termini a Roma o zona stazione a Milano. Albergo senza tante pretese ,personale gentile ,camere spaziose, peccato per i lenzuoli macchiati. Centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi .

Vorrei avere un chiarimento da chi è resposabile.Di solito quando concordo che il pagamento si effettua in struttura dvrenbe essere cosi. Arrivo in struttura alle 13,00 un'ora prima del previsto check in ( gia avvisato il giorno prima) e mi dicono che la mia prenotazione e stata annullata perche in mattinata avevano voluto prelevare l'ipordo dovuto e non trovando disponibilita sulla ppay...qualcuno ha deciso di annullare la mia prenotazione senza avvisarmi al momento e senza chiedermi ol consenso.puryroppo io invece di caricare la ppay ho caricato il mio cc. Problema che si poteva risolvere in 30 secondi se solo mi avvisavano o aspettavano il mio arrivo in struttra.Morale ho dovuto prenotare un'altra camera ( la stessa ) a 77 E. Invece di 51 E. Del prezzo stabilito. Mi sono sentito mancato di rispetto e truffato non so se falla struttura o da expedia. Vorrei una risposta e un chiarimento dalla persona responsabile di questo. Non lo faccio per la pochissima differenza di Euri ...ma penso che questa sia una ingiustizia vera e propria a danno del cliente. Si poteva risolvere tranquillamente il problema aveno il mio contatto ma non è stato fatto. Esigo una risposta chiarificatrice altrimentla mia idea non cambia che sinovstato truffato a Napoli o dalla struttura o da Expedia.Grazie

TERRIBLE HOTEL! Scary, Migrants everywhere!
Terrible stay. On the first day I walk inside the hotel and the guy behind the counter was rude. He told me that I have to pay the tax, I just wanted him to confirm what the tax was all about. However, he just screamed at me and said pay the tax. I felt intimidated, so I paid and left. The room very dated, It had an old smell, everything felt sticky, including the light switches. The bed cover looked old and yes it had a smell too, so I put the covers on the floor. The soap in the washroom was one of those small soaps, you can use once. If you take a shower it's all gone. The next day when I returned, the room was cleaned, but no little soap. I went downstairs and the man behind the counter was kind, turns his chair, opens the drawer, takes a little soap and gives it to me. The third day, same thing, I returned to the room, no soap and I went to the front desk. This time it was the rude guy who checked me in. I asked for the soap, and he tells me to go to the second floor and ask the maid. I stood my ground, and said NO, so he turns and gives me the soap. To the management, this guy is 2 meters high very fat bald with glasses, FIRE HIM. Sadly I also got poisoned, probably because I touched something in the room and didn't wash my hands. It costed one week of pain. Also, Migrants are outside the building and everywhere. It's really a scary area especially at night, and I'm a strong guy. Don't make my mistake, Don't Go! Especially if your a woman. You've been WARNED!!!

Booked on line, given a reference to pay at the property, then i arrive at 8pm on the Friday night, only for hotel eden to say my order was cancelled without any information or forwarding email to say why.. I was then told by the staff to pay 181 euros to rebook my stay without breakfast, that's an extra 60 euros more than what I booked..he was rude and unpleasant

Fantastic hotel
I couldn't believe how nice this hotel was and how well located for those who wants to be close to the station. It is less than 100 meters. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is also enormous and accessible. The only thing that I thought it was not very nice is that I had to have a shower at four o'clock in the morning and there was no hot water. I let the water run for about 15 minutes and nothing at all.
