Absolutely gorgeous upscale and modern hotel in Naples. The immediate area around the hotel is not very picturesque but the hotel itself is beautiful. Loved the room, restaurant and gardens and the service was top notch, especially the shuttle service who navigated us around the insane Naples traffic and roads like a pro.

Enjoyed my stay at this gorgeous hotel! The service was top tier , Francesca was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The food was delicious (apart from the breakfast buffet) and we enjoyed all the amenities. This hotel is not in a walkable area and there’s literally nothing to see in the vicinity. The hotel does contract with a taxi company and they offer discounted rates to and from the central city area. If you’re wanting to stay put, this place is perfect , if you’re wanting to explore, have food options and walkable areas, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel in a really run down area. We walked the 1.5 kilometres from the central station and it was pretty gross but once you’re in the hotel WOW! The staff, the room, the food… just totally mind blowingly good.

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. The "relax" part gives you access to an area with two saunas, two hot tubs, a number of emulsion showers, a pool, and an area with a few snacks and tea. Overall good but beware of any "fixed price" the taxis say they have, it cost 10 euro to get from the train station to the hotel if they run the meter but they'll charge you 20 or more if you do the "fixed price"

El hotel está muy bien, las instalaciones y los cuartos son grandes. El restaurante muy rico, el desayuno no tiene tanta variedad pero es bueno. El spa muy agradable. Hay transporte al centro histórico gratuito de las 10:30 a las 17:30. Lo único inconveniente es que está en la zona industrial, que aunque no está lejos realmente, está rodeada de bodegas y fábricas. No hay opciones para comer ni sitios para visitar a pie. Solo hay un bar pizzeria muy cerca, pero no fuimos porque cenamos en el hotel que tiene una terraza muy agradable.

Rooms were excellent, clean, good amenities. They have a shuttle that takes you to the historic area that was convenient. Area surrounding the hotel is a bit lacking since it is an industrial area but is quiet at night. Not sure if it was guests or staff but there was chairs being dragged around and doors opening/closing around 9am so if you're a light sleeper or want to sleep in just keep that in mind.

I never write bad reviews, I believe hotels try their best and sometimes things aren't great. However, I feel it's a must to warn anyone considering this hotel. Not sure how they got any good reviews, but here's my experience. EVERY staff member was extremely rude and made me feel like they are doing me the biggest favor and burden in the world, when I asked for the simplest things (like a water bottle or where do I get a cab, etc). They charge you for EVERYTHING (like a water bottle, etc) at crazy prices. Everything is an extra charge and higher priced than airport prices. The hotel is in a dangerous area of town, no where close to anything. The rooms are nice but so not worth compromising everything else for the nice room. I was so relieved to leave I felt so uncomfortable at this hotel. Ruined my Italy experience, and that's a very hard thing to do. Trust, do not book at this hotel.

Wonderful stay.
Amazing staff and cleanliness. You. Are a distance from the city but close to the trains. They offer complimentary shuttle service to downtown if you arrange it before 5pm. They will hold your bags put don’t expect to check in before 3pm. Breakfast was worth the price and delightful. Ask for coffee and they will personally make you a cappuccino! Coffee in the room did not disappoint as well. They have a minibar in the fridge in your room as well but you have to plug it in if you need refrigeration.

Hotel Stupendo un punto di riferimento per Napoli
Questo hotel ha delle molto camere belle ed il letto comodo per un buon riposo. Una palestra super con attrezzi Technogym di cui ho usufruito mentre della Spa non ho usufruito ma è ai massimi livelli. La pulizia è super in tutta la struttura. Il personale reception, sala colazione e ristorante ha una gentilezza e professionalità ineguagliabile. Il ristorante all’ultimo piano con vista panoramica è bellissimo! La cucina è a vista e la qualità del cibo è superiore i piatti sono da 10+ si vede che ci sono degli chef professionisti. Sarà un punto di riferimento per le mie trasferte di lavoro a Napoli. Inoltre il parcheggio vicino è molto comodo. Tanto di cappello per chi ha investito a fare una struttura così è dare più valore alla zona.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. It is very new, beautiful, clean and the staff, from the front desk staff, to the staff in the bar and restaurant were all very pleasant. As the hotel is located in an industrial area quite close to the airport, it was recommended that walking in the area was not a good idea. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service into and back from the city centre, which we availed ourselves off. Would highly recommend.

FANTASTIC STAY. Their logo has 4 stars but i give it 5 STARS. Excellent hotel, Staff is wonderful, of all the hotels we stayed it throughout Europe this was the best. Everything about our stay was here was superb. The restaurant upstairs is just as great. Superb service, food and view of the city. We will definitely be staying here on our future visits. Also, free hotel shuttle to the city center.

Nice Hotel in Naples
We stayed here twice and while the hotel isn't in a great location for walking and sightseeing they do have a free shuttle to take you downtown and bring you back. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are top notch. I left my sunglasses behind after our first stay but they found them and kept them until I returned later. They even dropped us off at the train station when it was time for us to leave. The only concern I have is if you book the shuttle for airport pickup. They clearly state no cancellations within 24 hrs. However, our flight was delayed and because we couldn't be there at the original time they considered that a cancellation and we forfeighted our fee. I think this is a language translation issue and they should clarify to say "no cancellations or delays within 24 hrs". With airlines being so unpredictable these days I would not use the shuttle and just use a taxi instead.

Beautiful new building, large bedrooms, great find dining. The downside is where the property sits. Although relatively close to the airport, it is in a rundown industrial section with a bizarre market tucked in behind.

Is the best option if you want to stay safe and very good for parking a rented car . Also very good access to the main roads to the rest of Italy. I will also appreciate the professionalism of Francesca. She give us very good information regarding our stays in Naples.

The hotel itself was amazing. Luxurious and modern. Staff was so accommodating. Food was excellent during room service. The area if town around the hotel was questionable. Dirty, with lots of trash littering the streets. Felt very uncomfortable. Even our cab driver that brought us from the car rental to the hotel said to not walk out at night.

Fint hotell til god pris
Hadde gratis shuttlebuss til Napoli. Fine rom med gis og behagelig seng. Bar har også gode drinker både med og uten alkohol. Frokosten var også meget bra.

Beautiful hotel!
This hotel is amazing. Perfectly clean. Best pillows on our whole trip! There really isn't much in the neighborhood. You need to taxi or shuttle to other areas. It is close to the airport, so perfect.
