The apartment, suitable for 4 guests, is located in one of Naples’ most beautiful areas: Via Santa Lucia, just steps from the sea and close to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Within minutes on foot, you can reach the Caracciolo promenade, the enchanting Castel dell’Ovo, and the picturesque Borgo Marinaro with its waterfront restaurants. A five-minute walk takes you to Piazza del Plebiscito and the prestigious Teatro San Carlo, while nearby begins Via Roma (Via Toledo), the city’s famous shopping and strolling street. Molo Beverello can be reached in about fifteen minutes.



The home is spacious and bright, featuring two bathrooms (one on the mezzanine) and a fully equipped kitchen. All spaces are designed for comfort and convenience, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi available.



The apartment has two bedrooms, one located on the mezzanine. The ceiling height in this room is about 1.70 m, making the space comfortable and practical.



A special eco-friendly feature is the water dispenser, which eliminates the need for plastic bottles, making your stay more sustainable.
