"The beach was nice, perfect to hang out and relax. We didn't use the pools, but the outdoor pool looked nice. The staff were all knowledgeable and helpful. There wasn't an iron or ironing board in our room and I needed one for some wrinkly linen clothes, housekeeping was quick to find one for us. The only things I didn't particularly care for are that the bathtub looked like it needed to be redone or replaced and there needs to be better ventilation, a fan in the bathroom. "really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely book again. Pools were amazing.
The only problem we had was everytime they sent out text for an event like taco night, they never happened and the staff was clueless about what was going on. I guess text were being falsely sent out, disappointing but everything else was fantastic. Beach was beautiful."
