"The hotel is great, staff very friendly. Love the location and the beach chairs and umbrellas. I do not like the breakfast- the fruit is old- not many options, bad coffee. The bled good should be fresh and have mixed fruit This really needs to be improved "
"Et af de dyreste hotelværelser jeg har betalt for - og ikke et godt værelse. Derudover virkede deres wifi ikke i 3 dage vi var der...og som turist i USA er det bare en nødvendighed.
Det virkede hverken i foyer, reception, på værelser mv. - og de gjorde intet for at fixe det.
Til +5000 kr/nat bør den slags virke.
Meget begrænset morgenmad - der dog var inkluderet. Og ikke et værelse man havde lyst til at være i længere end højst nødvendigt. Og med udsigt til en parkerings/skraldeplads."
"Absolutely loved the Chestnut House! Jennifer is a wonderful host who filled us in on the history of the house and the beautiful art work (created by her parents). Our room was cleaned everyday and everything we needed (umbrella, beach chairs, towels was provided. The location of the Chestnut House is ideal and at the heart of the town. We walked everywhere and caught the Wave to the beach. I highly recommend these accommodations for your stay in Nantucket."

"The property is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Nantucket and other cities. The staff was very accommodating and the shuttles ran every hour into town till 11:00 pm for when you wanted to go in. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nantucket. Topper’s was an exceptional dining experience. I felt like I was an extra in The Bear series."
"Great property. Close to town. Authentic Nantucket experience right by the White Elephant Hotel, Children’s Beach, and Town. Walk to Lola 41, the juice bar, Something Natural, and all the town shopping. Short bike ride to Jetties Beach. Firepit and Smores at night great touch!!"
