Terrible
Host rude, dismissive, and inaccessible by any other communication than "whats ap texting". The home we arrived at, while okay, was not even close to what was described as a "million dollar home". We would NEVER WANT to stay here again. Host gave little to no instructions on what you needed and expected upon on our arrival, serious maintenance needed done on the entire home, floor grout was almost black in places because it was so dirty, numerous holes in the walls, cracks, and even a hole on the refrigerator, mold on lawn furniture, rusty screws holding on light plates, ground was soft and sinking, including the area surrounding the pool where there were holes in the brick and soft spots in the deck. Huge safety hazard. We all have stubbed, bruised, and broken toes from tripping over the uneven deck stones. Master bath filthy with tiles cracked and falling off, no plug for drain to take a bath. Power went out 3 times and host said we had to go out in middle of night in a very sketchy neighborhood to buy our own gas for the generator. Giant cockroaches by drains at night and ants everywhere. It is surrounded by beautiful homes but is definitely not like them. Outdated, dusty, and in need of a major remodel and maintainance. Area outside gated community definitely not tourist friendly (would not go into at night) and nearest grocery store at least 20 minutes away on a narrow winding road.
