"Very nice and clean"

"A 6-day stay almost ruined. Had booked a small double room. Extremely surprised when we entered the room. It was a VERY small room! The bed was wall-to-wall and placed in front of the window. It was necessary to crawl acroos the bed to open the window or close/open the curtains. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were dismissive and shifted the blame entirely onto the booking platform. To make matters worse, the room itself...

"Skønt personale som altid er klar til at hjælpe. Jeg kom i bil og de var så søde at reservere en parkeringsplads til mig i det der er begrænset pladser."
