"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was so cool. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse in the jungle! The provided breakfast was good along with the other snacks in the common area. Very cool experience!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property-it had every comfort of home and beautiful interior design. We were so close to the Volcano and everything that the Park had to offer. We especially enjoyed seeing the night sky filled with stars from the jacuzzi and had fun playing pool! So happy we were able to enjoy this lovely spot!"

"Great property. Awesome place if you are going to HVNP. Only about a 8 minute car ride. Host was very ggod about communicating with us about check in. Cottage had everything you would need. "

"Nice rustic place. We normally stay in 4 and 5 * hotels and this was not that but it was a cool little spot for what the town is. It’s remote with not a lot of choices. The room was clean and if we can’t get a room in the park again when we’re there next, we will try to stay here again. "

"We weren’t able to make it because of an emergency road closure. The host was incredibly quick and kind anout refunding our stay. Even though we never made it, I’d definitely try to stay here again after the great service we received. "

"It was no contact with the staff after 6pm, I texted the staff around 5:40pm because there was no coffee at all in the room, but she never responded, so we left early next morning. $425 a day for that small bungalow room without any service was how much very expensive. When we arrived around 4:30pm and we were waiting with another couple to check in but there was no staff in the check-in area."
