" The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was extensive and absolutely delicious—definitely worth including with your stay. The only downside was the service at breakfast. The waitstaff seemed unsure about when to clear tables. I was dining alone, and whenever I stepped away briefly to get something from the buffet, they would clear my entire table—including utensils, glass, and plates—even though it was clear I hadn’t finished (my knife and fork were not placed together). It was disappointing and a bit frustrating, especially for a five-star hotel where you would expect more attention to detail and better training in this area. Overall, a great stay with just one area that could use improvement."
