"Real simple.. This is an older Hotel with All of the necessities.. Clean. Smoking and non smoking.Comfortable but not immaculate or plush. I have stayed at this location on several occasions now because of the affordability, maintenance, convenience and general rapport. I have yet to stay more than 2 days at a time.. but I would even consider this for weekly stays.

"Everyone was very kind. We were there for our kid’s baseball World Series in Arlington. We went to the pool everyday and brought our speaker. We kept the noise to a minimal and the front desk never complained. Breakfast was great. The facility was clean and nice. The only issue we had, was in our room the air conditioner leaked around the floor. We were in room 222. When we arrived for check in, it had an odd smell to the room. We figured out the next day, it’s likely related to the air...
