"The staff that I interacted with were wonderful and super friendly, however, the room itself lacked luster for what I paid. The ice bucket had some cookies wrapped in a tissue inside of it like someone was hiding a snack or something, but once I called the front desk, a new, filled ice bucket was delivered to the room. "Mattresses were beyond firm. Room was small and cramped for the price. No balcony or windows that open which stinks in warmer weather. No space in room for two people sit. Hotel seemed well suited for solo corporate types on working trips versus than for vacationers visiting the region. Breakfast area was nice and pleasant. Hotel employees were very nice. Not a bad place. Just not a fun place."
