"Lovely place to stay for a few days, spacious, clean & comfortable, peaceful surrounds not too far from the main centre of town."

"Property a little further out of town than we thought.Generally very clean however, blinds were dusty.Some printed information about the area and where to eat would have been good to have had on hand in the unit.Overall a good place to stay and communication was excellent."

"This is one of the loveliest small homes that we have stayed in to date in the Bright area. It is 10mins drive to either Myrtleford or Bright and being off the Great Alpine road, so lovely and quiet. The house is situated on a property with the owner's home but you'd never know they were there because of the well established gardens- you are made to feel like the only ones around. "Two sisters on a road trip to Melbourne decided to break the journey in Beechworth and stay at Gladstone House. What a find! Location excellent - just a short stroll into town. The house is very old and because of this, there are a few areas where there are steps into rooms, but it was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully provisioned.
