This privately owned oceanfront condo has been thoughtfully renovated and professionally managed to provide a clean, comfortable, and memorable Myrtle Beach getaway.


This is a spacious 1-bedroom condo designed for comfort and fun, featuring a king bedroom, a cozy mini bunk room (mattress length 5'3") for children, and a pullout queen sofa — comfortably accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children. You’ll enjoy ocean views and one of the best locations on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, just steps from the beach, Pier 14, restaurants, attractions, and family-friendly entertainment.


The Yachtsman is a historic oceanfront property that continues to undergo improvements and revitalization. While our condo has been fully renovated from top to bottom, guests may occasionally notice construction activity in other areas of the property during normal daytime hours.


As with any oceanfront Boardwalk location, you may hear typical beach, city, and resort activity, especially during busy weekends and peak seasons. Guests who enjoy being in the heart of the action love the walkable location and easy access to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.


🛏️ This is a 1 bedroom + bunk room space with an open layout that sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children with a king bed, pullout queen sofa, and mini bunkbed. The pullout sofa is best for kids or shorter stays for adults.
🌊 Since the unit is located right on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, you may hear normal beach and city activity, especially on weekends and during peak season. Please note this unit does not have a walk-out balcony. The door opens to an ocean view, but there is no outdoor sitting area.
🅿️ Free covered parking is included in a garage across the street. You may pull up to unload for up to 15 minutes before parking.

🧻 We provide a starter set of essentials to get you settled. 🧺 There is no washer and dryer inside the unit, but paid laundry is available on-site.
👶 We do not provide a crib/pack ’n play, high chair, or baby-proofing items. Please plan to bring what you need.
🚶 Once you’re here, you can park and walk to the beach, restaurants, attractions, and local events, including festivals like the Carolina Country Music Fest.


Guest Registration: After booking, guests will be asked to complete a simple rental agreement, verify reservation details, and authorize a refundable security deposit hold through our secure guest portal. The process is quick and completed electronically before arrival.
