House Rules & Important Information

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

No Pets or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: Events, parties, or large group gatherings are not permitted such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Additional Charges: Additional fees and taxes may apply.

ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.

Property Access & Restrictions

The HOA strictly prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and personal golf carts. Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your vehicle as unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.

Additional Notes

Housekeeping & Pest Policy:
No daily housekeeping. Fresh linens and a starter supply of essentials are provided at check-in.
Monthly pest control is in place; however, occasional pest sightings may occur due to the coastal environment.
Bed Bug Policy:
All units are routinely inspected, including after each stay. Any concerns must be reported immediately through the booking platform with supporting documentation. Unverified or false claims may result in inspection fees billed to the guest.

Pool & Parking Items: 6 Pool wristbands and 2 parking passes must be returned at check-out. Replacement fees will apply for lost or missing items. The first floor of the parking garage is for high top vehicles only. If you require a high top parking pass you must go to the lobby to get a green parking pass. You can park anywhere in the garage unless its labeled 15 minute parking. The second floor of the parking garage is for reception only and is labeled 15 minute parking. Do not park permanently here you will get ticketed.
