"We never heard of the hotel before but from the very arrival we were impressed. Had some challenges with Alipay for the taxi when we arrived but just walked in and was helped by the friendly staff. Celina the Lobby Manager greeted us and extremely helpful in checking in a travel tired family. The same goes for the Concierge team helping with arrangements on several occasions. The location is great, pool actually looks like the pictures and we really had a good stay. "
