"The place was absolutely perfect & charming."

"Enjoyable stay. Comfortable, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff."

"Super hotel med god central beliggenhed. "

"The location was great and hotel great"

"They valued me and my family and appreciated us staying there. We had issues with the door lock and in 5 minutes someone was there to correct the problem. The food service team was attentive and couldn't have been nicer. The room was pristine and freshened up in the afternoon. Very enjoyable stay."

"The subtle elegance is timeless and allows the guests to appreciate the historic value of this beautiful hotel. The spa-like bath products are much appreciated and worth shopping online to add to a home guest bath for a luxury feel. Greenville downtown area has much to offer in dining and with easy walking. We enjoyed a show at Bon Secours Convention Center and the drive to park and walk to show was seamless. From staff to the locals, the friendliness and warm welcome is what will keep you...

"Great location. Love that the parking garage is connected to the hotel. Felt the hotel could be cleaner. Elevator had a bad odor. Did not care for the fact that bathroom fan comes on when you turn on the light. Others in the room could hear fan during the night. Everyone was very friendly there."

"Parking"

"The bed was not made and cleaning not the best. Called in the morning because I needed to go to airport early but no reply fra front seat. Still have not received my email invoice despite asking and calling. "

"Great place. Regretted that I had a tight schedule and only had 1 night there. The concept appeals cause you get a full kitchen and even BBQ. The shared bathroom is no problem at all. The fridge contained everything you want for breakfast. It's walking distance to everything in Greenville."

"Loved the location. I made these reservations months ago for 4 ladies, got to room had 3 towels, 2 face cloths and 2 hand towels. What the heck??"

"Our room was in need of a major renovation. There were holes in the wall where pictures had been moved, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and gross, there was a stain on the carpet by the bed, a nasty stain on the mattress where the bottom flat sheet came off. Walls were paper thin and we heard folks walking around in the room above us. When we arrived, there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot behind the building. Not a great part of town. Front desk folks were cordial...

"Room was fine and clean. It is an old best western that has been refreshed. It was perfect location for what I needed. Breakfast buffet was ok. No complaints."
