"The staff are very helpful, nice & friendly. The breakfast is good they have muffins bagels waffles fruit yogurt and cereal daily but they also have eggs sandwiches with cheese and a meat (bacon, sausage or ham)the meats meats rotate daily. The rooms are very nice and clean."

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "While the property per se is clean, the bed's are springy and not nice. The rooms are too small. There is a strong smoke smell in the apartment. The neighborhood of the property is not a desirable one. While they said it can accomodate 3 in a room with extra bed, there is literally no space around the bed to even walk let alone someone sleep. I ended up not staying and did not even get a sorry or any refund from the property owner. "

"The room is small, without a chair and the bed's overhead reading light didn't work. Thin small bath towels, spotty television service, and lack of trash pickup as advertised made the visit less pleasant. Location is good, parking was difficult to find. "

"Vi havde nogle fantastiske dage i Boston Luxury Suites. Forholdene i lejligheden var fantastiske. Beliggenheden udenfor bymidten var ikke noget problem, idet der var max 5 min gang til stationen, supermarkedet lå lige overfor og der var desuden restaurant/pub med god bad 2 min gang derfra. Da vi ankom var der snacks i skabet og koldt at drikke i køleskabet, så vi kunne få blodsukkeret lidt op efter rejsen, og der var desuden masser af forsyninger til at lave en dejlig morgenmad dagen derpå. "Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom."
