"I arrived by Via Rail, was able to walk to hotel. Old town is also very close, and it was only 2 blocks to walk to the airport bus line. The staff was helpful in orienting me and letting me store luggage. The breakfast of cappuccino, warm croissant, and hard boiled eggs was great"

We ended up showing up a bit early to check in - staff was great about being welcoming and setting us up comfortably in the lobby with drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. Throughout our visit they were fantastic about checking in and offering up services and assistance where needed. Room was also great. Highly recommend this location."

Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi...
