"The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It is conveniently located near a train station and a main arts/culture hub. "

Only downside was a laudible freightrain at 4 am (keyword here is "only") - as expected close to a track: While annoying due to jet-lag, it adds to autenciticy and only bothered the first night.
The work gone into restoring the warehouse while respecting its past, the views towards the harbour, and the service of the staff, left nothing to wish for (apart from maybe the architects thoughts, there are so many details accomplished there, but maybe...
"Staff was really the star of our stay here. We ended up showing up a bit early to check in - staff was great about being welcoming and setting us up comfortably in the lobby with drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. Throughout our visit they were fantastic about checking in and offering up services and assistance where needed. Room was also great. Highly recommend this location."

"Excellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps.
Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi...
