Beach Lane er et fem-værelses, fire og et halvt bad hjem beliggende en kilometer nord for Garden City Pier, på tværs af gaden fra kanalen og en kort gåtur (tre minutter) til stranden. Dette fantastiske feriehus har alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder, herunder et fuldt udstyret køkken med mikroovn og opvaskemaskine, to master-suiter, elektrisk pejs, vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og centralvarme og aircondition. Family Vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed at Beach Lane. The location is perfect- close enough to the beach to walk, far enough away that we did not feel we were dealing with a constant flow of traffic. Proximity to Murrells Inlet and Surfside/Mrytle Beach attractions was ideal. The furnishings were clean and generally in good condition. GC Realty maintainence was responsive when we notified them of items that were not working as expected. The only things I would suggest be addressed are major appliances do need to be replaced- the dryer took 3+ cycles to completely dry a small load of laundry, the stovetop did not come to temperature and the dishwasher was quite noisy. The garbage pickup needs to be addressed- there was overflowing garbage when we arrived that was not picked up all week (sanitation company apparently will only take what is in the bin).

Reviewer Comments: When we booked this property, we were hoping it would meet the needs of our family, which consisted of 4 adults and 6 older teens, but it was perfect! We were close enough to the beach that we could walk or use the golf cart, but still had beautiful and calming views of the inlet. The combination of beds and bedrooms worked out perfectly for us and everyone had enough room to gather together to play video games in the living room or relax on the decks with a book.

The rental home has well-appointed amenities and was spacious enough for ten guests, anymore than that would have been a little crowded. The ice maker at the wine/wet bar did not work (We aren't drinkers, so that was okay) and there were a few cosmetic issues with the exterior (Comes with age), but all-in-all a great place to stay.The rental was clean and all the included linens were waiting when we arrived, although one set of king sheets included two fitted sheets, but the linen service brought a new set right over.Check-in and checkout were simple.It was an easy walk to the beach, but don't take a tent or canopy or the lifeguards will ascend on you like storm troopers (I guess drinking alcohol is okay, even though that the first no-no on the beach rules).The rental was within a easy walk to either the Garden City or Surfside Beach piers and centrally located to many local attractions, including Market Common, Broadway at the Beach and a plethora of restaurants.I would definitely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is perfect for family gathering. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen and even an ice maker! The home is VERY clean, is convenient to the ocean as well as the many restaurants in Murrells Inlet. If I had to make one negative comment it would be that we all wished the beds were made upon arrival. We are on vacation 🙂 The home does have lots of stairs. A flight to the main living level as well as the 2nd story bedrooms. So beware if you are staying with elderly folks.

Nice place, few issues.

House was in a great location, was very roomy and fit our party of 18 perfectly. We had an issue with the dryer not drying clothes but maintenance took care of the issue within 2 days. Only other issue we had was the ice machine doesn't work well at all so be prepared to buy lots and if you rent golf carts the outside plugs cannot handle more than one cord or it trips a breaker that is located in a locked closet which was very frustrating. It left us with no way to charge them without dangling cords up to balcony and left us with no outside lighting for most of our stay. Besides those few issues house was great. Loved drinking coffee on beautiful balconies and enjoying overlooking the marsh and waking up to the salt in the air smell. Close to beach and many things to do! Golf cart is def the way to get around the busy area.

The house was very clean and in excellent condition. The only drawbacks were the outdoor furniture was in unusable condition and the beds other than the two master suites were not in good condition. The kitchen was light on utensils for serious cooks. Overall we give the house a rating of 4 out of 5.

The house was clean and everything was in working order when we arrived. The cable TV was lacking though which made it hard to watch sports. But that is my only complaint.

It wasn’t clean when we arrived. The floors were dirty, there was a shoe under the couch, trash under the tv and a big mess under the chair. The arm of the chair was ripped. The screen on the porch had a hole in it and several chairs on the porch were broken. There were stains in the carpet. Some rooms need new paint. The dryer wasn’t working but a repairman was sent as soon as we called the realty office. We really love this house. If it gets the updates and a better cleaning we’d gladly stay there again.

Everything was just as pictured and described by the management. The grounds outside were clean and well-kept. Check-in was a breeze. Good instructions and friendly faces. Easy access to different outlets. Walking to the beach was wonderful. The beach was right there. Some of us walked around getting our exercise on and the neighborhood was very friendly. I'm thinking about reservations for my family trip there next year. The attractions and things to do was very convenient. Even getting to Myrtle Beach was a breeze. I would recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

A birthday to remember

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at Beach Lane for a long weekend to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday! The house had plenty of room for all three families, 12 people total. It's is very well laid out and the view is fantastic. We enjoyed how close and easy it was to get to the beach. The lawn and area under the house are perfect for entertaining and there's plenty of room for parking.We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Beach Lane again! The only suggestion I would make is possibly updating the furniture in the living room. The couches and chairs are a little worn out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely accommodated a large group. View over the marsh was gorgeous, but the neighboring houses looked less than desirable. My only complaint inside the property is that the sofas seemed dingy and in need of updating. We covered them with a sheet during our stay. But the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen are very well equipped and have been nicely maintained!

There was plenty of parking, the house was well kept, safe location, staff was professional, plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc!

Beach Lane was AWESOME!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally booked another property for our vacation with another family. It was very unacceptable and when we brought all of its issues to the management they were very accommodating. They went over and above to help us. We were moved to "beach lane" and we couldn't have been more happy about it. This property is only a few minute walk from the beach. It sits alongside a ravine where we were able to catch crab for our dinner. The house itself was immaculate. It accommodated our 2 families beautifully. It was modern and clean and we would definitely come back to stay here. We highly recommend this place!
