Bring your whole family to experience all that`s to offer for both kids and adults in a highly sought out location with a newly renovated private outdoor pool and hot tub right on the beach for guests only. Also includes a fitness facility, heated indoor pool/hot tub, and a private bar attached to the resort!

This 7th floor unit includes 1 Master Suite and 2 full bathrooms. The Master Suite has a SOFT king size bed, closet and tv with a full bath attached. The Living Room provides stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean with a queen size Murphy Bed and Sofa Bed provided with black out curtains. There is another full bath for guests. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit that is available for you to use during your stay. The Kitchen is fully furnished with table/chairs, coffee pot (coffee not provided), utensils, pots/pans, stove, microwave and cleaning supplies.

Safe and calm location with lots to do. Also plenty of stores, restaurants, and local bars.

There is plenty of parking spaces available in the covered parking garage, each guest is permitted 2 spots (vehicle height limit is 6’9”). Ubers are available for transportation if needed.

Light construction/waterproofing is being done on surrounding balconies in condo. Ours is open and fully functional.

**Outdoor Hot Tub is closed until further notice due to waterproofing on balconies. Indoor Hot Tub and HEATED pool will remain open!!**
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes are now allowed in unit.
No pets.
Events are not allowed.
Please do not leave balcony door open during the summer months.
