"It was a very nice Unit that we stayed in close to Hotels and Restaurants. The Manager was very helpful and had left us some homemade Rum balls. The Unit had a Coffee machine as well with milk in the fridge. It was a good place to stay and I would definitely stay there again."

"This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep. "We had a 19 baby boy with us and on arrival I was told that he shouldn’t be with us. Children were not accepted and the booking would have been rejected if included in the booking. This put us off immediately and made us uncomfortable the entire stay. "

"We found Capri Waters to be very clean and comfortable and well appointed for the price with great amenities. It was unfortunate that we struck a period where the Authorities had drained the lake to deal with the Egeria weed issue however that is totally understandable too.
