"We truly enjoyed our stay this year and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. It's nice having a carport to store the boat under and it is very close to the Jonathon Creek boat ramp. There are a couple of different ways to approach this rental, and I would suggest taking the farthest "Oasis Road" turn off to the west if you're pulling a boat. "My only complaint is that we thought we were getting a private rental and turns out we were sharing the space with tons of mice. You can hear them in the walls, droppings everywhere and even a dead mouse in a trap in the hallway upon arrival. Management did not care at all. All kitchen drawers had droppings in them and everything had to be washed before we could use it. Multiple bait stations throughout the home and evidence of mice in every single room throughout the stay. Grill was also...
