"This was a completely random find by us. These villas are part of a cooking school, but we were just there for the room. This was the most beautiful villa we've ever stayed at. It was beautiful, stunning architecture, beautifully furnished, it had an amazing complete designer kitchen which we didn't use, but which would be handy for longer stays, and it was not all that expensive. "My wife and I took a long weekend break and stayed in the Shawood Bottling Room. It was a wonderful stay. Nice high ceilings, good kitchen, parking, etc. Everything we were hoping for. We made our way up the paddock to watch the sunset each night, which was a great suggestion from the host. Not a critique, but I would have loved to have the option to purchase some local wine too. Mind you, we did shop ourselves at the various cellar doors. A great space and location to get away from it all."
