YourHouse Can Prom apartment

Warmly welcome to Can Prom, a small oasis in the midst of nature and tranquility. The accommodation is for couples or solo travelers.



Who likes to live in the countryside, surrounded by nature and animals, is in the right place here. Here you can recover from everyday stress and enjoy the Mallorcan country life. A car is necessary and you can park for free and safely outdoors.



The apartment offers 1 cozy bedroom with a double bed as well as a full bathroom with shower. The open kitchen is well-equipped and features an induction cooktop, coffee machine, and microwave. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.



On the private terrace with panoramic views of the gentle hills of the surrounding area, you can let your soul dangle on one of the sun loungers.



The dream beaches of the north, including Playa de Muro and Can Picafort, can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Cyclists and hikers enjoy numerous hiking trails in spring, for example in the Albufera Nature Park or the Son Real beach trail. In Can Picafort you will find everything you need for your vacation, numerous restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations and a great beach promenade for walking.



The owners live in the lower floor of the house and offer personal care upon request, while always respecting the guests' privacy.



Important:



The accommodation is located in nature and there are birds, insects, bees, etc. In the surrounding area there are farmers who cultivate their fields.



It is not allowed to hold parties.



On the Balearic Islands, there is a tourism tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over per night. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person during high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person during low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during high season, this amount is halved. The Ecotasa is collected before arrival via Visa/MasterCard card through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: As legally required, we must request copies of identity cards or passports for all guests over 14 years of age. This information will be sent by email.



The deposit is held via credit card and the customer must provide their information through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
