"Hot tub and pool were nice. Out TV sound was broken, but staff brought a new TV for us and responded right away. Jackie was friendly and helpful. Don't order through Expedia though, it's way more expensive than going through the hotel directly!!"

"The room was spacious and had a nice view of the lake. I couldn't get a good night's sleep because it was so loud. Not that there were loud people, but because the building is so old and poorly insulated that you can hear everything happening in other rooms like it's in your room."

"Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again."

"We booked our stay at this hotel and found it to be in a great location for shopping and eating. The real issue is the facilities are outdated and the place needs to be renovated. Our toilet was not mounted properly, the wall paper was poorly maintained and the overall decor of the room was extremely dated. The beach access was nice, but there needs to be better maintenance of the area and lounge chairs on the beach. We will not be staying here again in the future, unless they put some money...

"I booked a room at Bridge View and once we got there we seen a paper taped to the “lobby” door that we had to go next to the hotel called Sunset. That wasn’t in the booking information! My family woke up early and drove for 4 1/2 hours to get to St. Ignace along with exploring the island all day. So to my surprise once we go to our room there were cobwebs all over the walls, in the bathroom, and covering the screen door with an unbelievable amount of dead bugs and spiders galore in the webs!...

"Nothing can be blamed on front line staff when it comes to this disgrace of a hotel. This is a matter attributed to owner/management. The rooms were in a horrible state with stains on the floors, carpets, etc. The bathrooms, plaster, and fixtures were rusted and falling apart. "Very fine hotel for a short stay. The city is very little and not much to see other than take the ferry to the island. The hotel is right in front the ferry, probably 200 meters away. The personal very helpful and friendly. The hotel is old but the room, bathroom and beds very clean. That is all what we were looking for , as we have been away all day , came back to sleep and departed the day after ."

"The rooms are very dated but were clean enough. There was no breakfast as advertised. Both of our pools were empty but we were told we could use the one next door. If you want a warm shower you better get up early, otherwise you get a cold shower. We did have free access to the water parks in the area, which was nice. The price and location were great."
