Hoteller nær Munba National Whale Museum

"This was an outstanding property. The level of attention to detail from the time of arrival to the time of departure could not have been approved on. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff go over and above and clearly love their jobs. The food is the best we had in Mazatlan - do not miss the snapper. The front of house staff are patient, professional and accommodating. If you have any reservations about staying at this property rest assured your stay will one...

"The only things that would have made our stay better were air conditioning in lobby and public areas. Also having a refrigerator in our room would have been great."

"Amazing experience from start to finish. Staff is friendly. Hotel is beautiful. Perfectly located"

"Everyone was very kind and helpful, gave extra waters and towels. I feel ill one night and I went to the front desk and the receptionist helped me and got a taxi, and I was able to get to urgent care for some tummy issues. The next day she asked how I was doing. The bedrooms were extremely clean and I was impressed with the cleanliness because I’m usually very aware of that close to everything, super beautiful romantic little downtown center Machado. I didn’t have to leave downtown at all. There...

"Beautiful historic property in the heart of downtown. The grounds keeper Fabiola was wonderful."

"Super cute boutique hotel. It is very simple but clean. The staff was wonderful. It’s in close walking distance to the historic center. It is far from the tourist side so keep that in mind but we preferred it that way. My husband and I loved staying there for 4 nights."

"Toilets were clogged on two different rooms, one in floor one the other floor 3. Uber Eats had extremely low options after 10 pm, but the aircon in my rooms were just what I needed. The room rate is about right for the quality. However, the state department had issued the MX state Sinaloa as [LEVEL 4 - DO NOT TRAVEL］ I didn’t realize how dangerous Sinaloa is after the fact. Would I go again….. Hmmm…,. Puerto Vallarta was more crowded, yet inexplicably felt incredibly safe! Oh, the heat and...

"Location was suburb, staff very friendly. Would stay again for sure."
