While there are only 2 true bedrooms, there are flexible options for a toddler. "House is large and property is gorgeous. Plenty of room to spread out indoors and out. Loved the outdoors fireplace, koi pond, and beautiful landscaping. Loved the views from multiple rooms. There are actually 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a private bath. Then there are two bedrooms downstairs sharing a bathroom. Mike was easy to work with and very responsive. The location is great - very close to beautiful Carkeek Park and bustling Greenwood, and there is a QFC grocery store and a strip mall within walking distance. Check in was a breeze and the host provided all the information we needed well in advance. "
