"For the price we paid for this accommodation, we were totally disappointed. We thought of a quaint property in the National Park, which the original building is, but the motel accommodation is well below backpacker standard. I have no issues with backpackers, but not at the price we paid for the night. They are definitely 1960’s, and very basic. We had a lovely meal in the main restaurant but felt dissatisfied with the standard of accommodation."

"I stayed for 7 days in a villa. The rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen and throws your thrash out. I lost some items after checking out and tried contacting the hotel via email and their contact us page and even via message on Expedia. There was practically no answer. Their counter only has one staff present and I am wondering if there is any customer service at all. Any hotel I stayed in all around the world would ask what I want to do with any items left behind."

"The cabin I stayed in wasn’t that clean it had other people hair on the floor in the bath room and dust and dirt like swept to the side of the bathroom the botttles of shampoo body was and conditioner and hand was was all empty the kettle was filthy inside! They cutlery was not washed up properly"
