"What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

"High price compared to the standard. The first room we got had an almost not existing wifi. Then they told us that we could sit in the lobby, but it was very cold there. At last we got another room with wifi that worked. Breakfast was basic and not especially delicious. "

I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. "Really good experience overall. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, the shower was big and had plenty of hot water and the bed was European standard. Beautiful view from the restaurant. So no complaints from me, would definitely come here again! Thanks"

"The room was clean and well-appointed with complete amenities, however, the phone line was not working. We informed Housekeeping about this upon our return from touring, but the phone issue persisted throughout our three-day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel staff were truly exceptional."

"Did not meet my expectations. Guest’s service agents had poor service, as well as kuya J restaurant staffs for ala cart. Service staffs during breakfast buffet was great and i mostly appreciate the house keeping staffs, they are more accommodating compared to the front staffs."
